It would be interesting to know how to build an electric car, just out of interest. The electric car has never really gone mainstream. In 1996, General Motors tried to make one, but they stopped production before anyone really had a chance to buy one. They were under heavy pressure from oil and car companies not to mass produce an electric car model. However, the good news is that you can in fact convert your current vehicle into an energy efficient electric car if you know what you’re doing. It will take some time and money, but it’s well worth it.
