Data Storage And Emergency Backup Helped Me Through My Tragedy

So for a while now I’ve been looking for, not necessarily new, but different kind of Data Storage Solution, I’ve kind of caught the “if it has wires, I don’t want it” bug. I know that I have options that can be less of a hassle such as flash drives, external drives, FireWire drives, and even a Compact Flash cord, but I am not sure what I should use, hence my search for a great Data Storage Device . The whole drive situation seriously confuses me, I am obviously oblivious to the obscurity of all this ostentatious operations . Honestly what does it take to find a great Data Backup Services. I found several different kind of things by Googleing, some places looked great while some of the others I’d never think of paying to store anything for me personal documents or my Cheet-Os. It seems like some of the Internet companies that have websites out there are just trying to drive customers away with their cheesy websites and the insufficiency of information on their internet portal of industrial independence . Another thing that bothered me about some of these so-called companies was the fact that they used popular companies logos, where is the creativity people?! . I’ve narrowed it down between two different ideas: using Apple’s Mac service – which I’m honestly kind of skeptical of because of how much it cost 100 bucks a year, that’s insane – or getting a domain name and a host with a large amount of storage.
College was a long time ago but I do recall one person in particular whom I adored, his nickname was Mister Data Storage . Make no mistake. Everyone got along great with him but don’t get me wrong, we all noticed how he lacked a certain social awareness, probably due to the extended amounts of time he spent in front of a computer . Mister Data Backup used to strut around campus wearing this big, thick coat with a lot of pockets. Instead of keeping oracles and tubes in his pockets, he kept data storage devices ! These did not only consist of discs, I mean the kid had wires, memory cards, compact discs, anything that held data, he had on him at all times . None of us ever questioned him carrying them around with him, and eventually it became his staple . Still, if you ever had a problem with your computer, if Windows was crashing, if your document wasn’t saving, if you needed a CD to burn something on, Ted was always there for you. He was definitely a different guy, but looking back he was the glue that held our college together . He always seemed older than his years despite his moppy brown hair, but no one expected him to keel over from a heart attack. It was odd because the kid was not overweight or out drinking and eating fast food all the time . In fact, with him running around campus all the time to help with everybody’s computer problems, he probably got more exercise than any of us did. The poor guy was only 23 years old and had just graduated college and moved to Chicago for a great job, then one day it hit him while he was showering, and the poor guy never saw it coming . I miss him to this day .
There is a friend of mine here who started up a new business after all those hurricanes down south flooded the area. It is a Disaster Recovery business, it is a great way to do business since it is not your customer that is paying you but their insurance company so you are pretty much guaranteed payment. Especially after Katrina my friends business was booming, everyone in town needed Emergency Backup to fix their ruined houses due to the torrential rains and flooding that caused them to pilgrim to the north until it all finished its path of destruction . All in all I would say he is doing very well for himself .
