My IPod case is stuffed into my junk drawer with a bunch of other random items that I never look at and will probably never even use, I should probably just throw them away . The random things in the drawer consist of rubber bands, business cards from people that I have met along the way, a lot of change, safety pins, about ten million pens and pencils and some old pictures . If I am really lazy I’ll throw my checkbook and bank statements in there, but I usually end up cleaning those out after a few months or when it gets to the point that I can’t even open the door . I usually throw stuff in there and forget that I even have it because I never open the drawer . I finally decided to clean it out and you’ll never believe what I found, it was my high school class ring . I didn’t even remember having one. It could possibly be another Mike, so it’s possible that it isn’t mine . I have friends over a lot and one of them might have left it here on accident . It is possible it isn’t mine, but it seriously gives me the creeps just looking at it, bringing back memories from high school . The actual stone on it is this horrible green vomit color and the metal on the ring looks ancient, like it’s an Egyptian artifact or something . It looks like something a fortuneteller would wear when she’s trying to rip you off and take all your money. Back in high school, everyone thought that looked cool. In general though, high school students have no sense of good taste anyway.
