Kid Friendly: Fantastic New RPG — Virtual Family Kingdom
Have you viewed the now available (just out of beta) Virtual Family Kingdom MMORPG? They’re having some minor server issues on this first day of their launch, however this game should be a great new addition to the collection of family-friendly MMORPGs.

Nintendo has another entertaining, family friendly MMORPG — Pokemon and Wii. It used to be that the main focus was on Gameboy because to be social you had to have the game with you. That always kept it couldn’t be guaranteed to connect to anything. However with Wii’s built in technology and use of the same SD cards for storage, combined with DS ability to download and run games wirelessly, the ingredients are there for a “one product” Pokemon game kids will eat up like crazy.
It does have some cartoon violence (no worse than loony toons, though). It also has travel adventure and ‘doing the right thing’ as positive goals, rather than the average MMORPGs’ goals: violence and destroying things.
