Net Chatting Society of Anyone Choosing to Care

Every Christmas my brother gets me a lame gift, this past year it was an cell phone holder. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was especially since I bought him that DVD player. The kid has never once bought anything special for anyone for Christmas, he always buys lame presents that we all just throw in the junk drawer when he leaves . It goes back to even when we were younger. Like any other little kid, neither of us ever had a lot of money and couldn’t go all around town buying things for everyone. Still, I tried to get something nice or at least useful. This year it felt as if my brother purposely purchased presents that were obviously inadequate as well as horribly inexpensive useless and probably the most lame things that we have ever received . One year, he actually bought me a pencil. Not only was that insulting, but the pencil’s eraser had been torn off. The year prior to that he got me a notebook that had been used, with his handwriting for his college classes . And, I’m not kidding when I say this, he actually bought me a piece of yarn one year. I had no way to explain that way. I don’t even think that he bought it. He must have cut a piece off a ball of yarn and then thought that was a great gift.
