My Building Is In Serious Need Of Residential Deck Sealing And Exterior Wall Cleaning
There’s all this graffiti on the outside walls of my apartment building. I wish the owners would shovel out the cash to get an Sidewalk Cleaning but I also know that they are way too cheap to do that . My building stands out from the rest, looking dilapidated and depressing . I actually live in a great neighborhood, very little violence . My neighborhood is the artsy area of Chicago, with rich young artists making up most of the population, unfortunately, the “art” on the walls of my building was definitely not done by any of the artists in the area . I don’t pay too much attention to it and when my lease is up I’ll probably be moving somewhere else, but until then I have to have at least a little pride in the place where I live. I realize I don’t own the place, but if I’m passing by in a car and I point out that that’s where I live I don’t want the building to look like it went through a gang war. I know that this is not a permanent thing for me but honestly I am so embarrassed to show anyone my place because I think even if you don’t own it, where you live says a lot about who you are as a person . I constantly give everyone way too much credit, but I don’t see others doing that for me . I guess this is a mute point because I will be moving soon and then hopefully I won’t be so afraid to show my friends and family where I live, or bring a girl home and be proud of my place .
